Qatar Airways, the national airline of Qatar, and UNHCR, the UN Refugee Agency, have extended their partnership for an additional two years, from 2024 through 2025. Badr Mohammed Al-Meer emphasized the commitment of Qatar Airways Group to humanitarian efforts, highlighting the airline’s pivotal role in supporting displaced communities globally over the past four years. Through this partnership renewal, Qatar Airways pledges to allocate an additional 400 tonnes of cargo capacity to UNHCR, facilitating the transportation of essential aid supplies to those in need.
